  • To serve as a communication vehicle for members
  • To keep members informed of legislative and administrative changes affecting rural housing and development programs administered by State and Federal governmental agencies
  • To represent the interests of its members before appropriate legislative and administrative bodies in the formulation of policy for rural housing and development
  • To promote sponsorship and study of legislation and regulations governing the financing and operation of rural development
  • To promote professionalism within the rural development industry through cooperation and exchange of information among members

Our Board of Directors is made up of owners and managers of affordable housing having a great deal of expertise in the affordable housing industry. As a board, we welcome your input and encourage you to attend our annual conference, and I personally welcome your emails or calls to discuss any issues, ideas or concerns you may have.
